Individual Plan

Subscribers are able to perform keyword searches to look up class & representative action cases and lawyers. Each time a subscriber performs a search (i.e. click on the “search” button) he or she will have 1 search deducted from their total searches (i.e. 250 total searches in the Individual Plan). Additionally, search results are displayed in batches of 10 cases or attorneys. A subscriber will also have 1 search deducted each time they choose to view an additional batch of 10 search results (i.e. click on the “next” button). The amount of searches will be reset to your plan's total amount (i.e. 250 total searches in an Individual Plan) every 30 days. When a subscriber has used all of the searches allotted in their Subscription Plan within the 30 day period, he or she will no longer be able to perform searches of cases or attorneys, unless the subscriber chooses to upgrade to a plan that allows for more monthly searches.

Overlapping Case Dingers allow subscribers to set up automatic email notifications of any potential overlapping class action cases filed after that date which match the criteria of your search. For example, you may input the name of a defendant (i.e. Walmart) and a case type (i.e. Unpaid Wages), and thereafter will receive an email notification each time a class action case is filed against Walmart for unpaid wages. Each time a subscriber sets up an overlapping case dinger, he or she will have 1 dinger deducted from their total dinger amount (i.e. 2 Dingers in the Individual Plan). Subscribers are able to delete current dingers at any time to replace new ones (i.e. if you have a dinger for “Amazon” and “Walmart” in an Individual Plan, you can delete “Walmart” and now have available 1 dinger to set up).
